Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellations must be made through the system and reported to CKT TAŞ.TUR.SEY.TİC.LTD.ŞTİ ---> [email protected] via e-mail.

For cancellations notified until 19:00 1 day before the transfer service, the entire transfer fee is paid to the Buyer.

30% of the transfer fee will be refunded in the cancellation notifications between 19:00 – 23:00 1 day before the transfer service.

Transfer fee is non-refundable for cancellations notified 1 day before the transfer service and after 23:00 or after the flight landing time.

*** If you have chosen your cash payment method when making the reservation and you do not inform that you have canceled the reservation. The fee specified in the reservation is sent to the hotel where you are staying (or to the authorized units at the airport) to be collected from you.
